I've been using the RM38 discover plan a month ago, My area is Puchong near puncak Kinrara, from the speed show from the digi braodnband connection program, It normally shown speed range between 4 KB/s - 114 KB/S with HSPDA - 3 bar reception signal, but when I did few speedmeter test from the digi site and I got result DL ranging 785 to 971 and UL ranging from 71 to 99. I'm a bit confuse here.
