Hi all,
I have 1 question about the modem that provided by Digi. Currently I am subscribing to Explore Package with Free Modem Model E219. I found out that when i plug in to my PC, after my modem connected to Digi broadband, the network icon show 7.2Mbps. Meaning that when I subscribe to Extreme package (download 2Mbps), I still can use my current package? because my modem can support up to 7.2Mbps? Please advice ! Thanks. |

After the PC fair...it seems the speed is very slow...meaning that, when more subscriber, the speed congested ! Hope Digi can do something to solve this issue.

What Digi broadband doing now?? I ping to KL, 1second i get. see screen capture.
