did any of you have problems with the free modem? i can't seem to install mine. and everytime i plug in the modem, my pc restarts... weird...

all my dls from rs and mu getting dced halfway.. is this happening to you guys as well? i'm on the pcfair explore package and i don't think i've exceeded 10gb yet.
