new FCC definition for broadband (redefined in 2010) is at least 4mbps down and 1mbps upload. compare before this internet with 256kbps and above can be consider as broadband.. so now many malaysia ISP should state their service as narrow band..i think all except unifi.

if you want to try, try prepaid first...
me have no problem so far..always get max speed of prepaid. maybe problem with slow connection occur at some heavy populated area..

after u made the payment, ask them the letter.. better settle at celcom branch.. not kiosk.

this is my exp when i try to register new celcom line, i have RM5 debt with digi, so need to go to digi and then ask the clearance letter (maybe the system not update immediately after payment made)
