Hi wanna ask,

I've subscribed DiGi Broadband Explorer 10GB RM88 FREE Modem Promo at PC Fair last year (31 July 2009). According to the T&C, no contract applied but if terminate less than 1 year I need to pay RM15 permonth for modem for the remaining month. The price also will become normal (RM108) after 1 year.

So I've been thinking to terminate my account by 31 July 2010 and resubscribe at PC Fair August. I guess there must be some kind of promotion & freebies. Plus I dun have to pay for my previous modem since it is complete 1 year right?

My current modem is E160E. I think it is the old one. What is the latest current modem given by DiGi? Can request different modem on registration?

Woah..is it true increase 2GB? permanent or for a certain period only? any link to source or statement from DiGi?

How about the monthly subscription fees? Still RM 88.00 or RM 108.00?

10GB = rm88, E1550 for rm80. no contract

digi gt new plan starting early jun. If you subscribe the plan by then, you wont be charged any fees as its contract free.

Current package with free modem is 10GB@ RM108/ month and 16GB@ 158/month.
Buy modem upfront at 80. Rebate 20/month x 6 months.
No contract.
Advance only RM50 and buy modem at RM80 to enjoy this promo.

have anyone having problem with digi BB past 3 day?

i have this proplem starting 3 day back, no disconnect, antenna at fullbar, got blue light at the modem, but can't load any web page!!!
need disconnect and reconnect than able to load web page, today thing get worst!!!

any idea how to fix it?

if you have 3G handphone you can try put in the simcard to test the internet connection.

good..hope it will last..but I bet that you will noticed the different after 1 or 2 weeks later...hehehe....

Coz that's what happen to me when I first sign up. During the 1st week was very good speed, then the following week showed sign of slow..then later later until...the speed is suck...even viewing youtube is like lagging. When the first time sign, they showed you viewing youtube very smooth one but not now. I'm going to cancel once my contract expired....
