im now over my quota... want try to use rapidshare now and report back later!

for almost 1 year now, superbly stabil @1-1.2mbps but,,,,

for the past 2 weeks :
- speed very unstable... normal browsing hardly past 150k... like digi capped the speed or somthing hmm.gif but download speed seems OK after 2-3 minutes of downloading. not like before... start download with fast speed 120k

- also got frequent DC. never happened to me before cry.gif sometime every 10 minutes DC..

- speed hardly touch 500k @ noon, evening... but after 1am, speeed up to 700k... hardly reach 1.2mbps like before!

- my quota gonna be upgrade next month to 12gb but hte price up RM20!!! cry.gif

after i received that sms, my quota reset back to ZERO!
last time i check was 95% (cycle bill @ 16th)
now usage only 0.906gb @ 7%

digi speed adn stability too bad lately... DC frequently.. sometime 3-4timens/hour!....

speed weekend drops to 250-400k only...

sometime cant browse but if try download no problem!!!

pls digi... make it good again like early this year!!!

my quota @ 43% but speed only 100-300k. ping 300-4000ms
frequent DC!

pls digi do somtin!...

called CS... ask me to do this.. do that bla...bla...bla... like im a stupid guy!!!!...

their answer was meaningless to me.... they din take action... impossible they din know how much user in certain2 area and capacity of their base capable to handle!...

now not only WEEKEND got DC AND SLOWPOKE SERVICE... EVEN WEEKDAYS ALSO SAME!!!....

so how to justify us with daylight RM38 plan? we pay premium so we are expecting of premium service!

pls do something quick!
