i used this stick 6 for months  together with my mfil300 b4 i sold it for k6.1team.. so far, not  a bad racket.. good for serve and volley.. good for baseliner also..  however if compared to its elder brother, mfil300, mfil is more solid...but u might add some weight at the frame later according to ur taste. i took my aerogel if i want to play more backhand shots and volley..

just be careful coz aerogel 300 has 2 different spec even though it is same AG300, i bought mine which was 10.9 strung weight and 61stiffness.. i went to same store last month, the tauke showed me AG300 with lighter (cant remember its weight maybe around 10.75 oz) version and 64 of stiffness.

*
Oh really? No wonder my AG300 have different feeling. One is lighter compared to another. And i bought it and different shop, one from raymond and another one from david. Better change to Head Prestige MP. smile.gif smile.gif

Hey guys, one question here. Aint the more topspin we produce, the more better the ball goes? Is there any disadvantage if too much top spin is used?
(I hit them over the net of course XD)

You can produce a safe shot in the expense of your energy.

Racket, choose what ever suit you. Some people like light racket <11oz but some like heavy >12oz. But tennis is the art of hitting or spinning the ball, if u know the art does it really matter what racket u use? (Of course its really matter, if you pick up your racket once in a full moon).

im no longer regular player anymore. finish my study already.. now working, then just can play in weekends...

Normally, for my tennis shoes, i will allocate around <RM200. I will go Adidas brand. The best thing about Adidas? Nah, the impact or the effect much more like any other shoe's brand. Nail damaged and blister will always be there. And my shoes will only last for 4 months.

Thanks cakarsakti.

I have my eyes are on poly now. Don't mind it being stiffer because I usually string my racquet at 42-45 lbs.

How much is Dunlop Explosive? And where do you get them? What other poly do you recommend that we can get here locally and cheap at the same time?

Nothing wrong with Crossfire. Good set of strings, but I'm stringing them every 2 weeks. I need it to last at least a month because I can't afford to spend. So average once a month for poly, like you mentioned, sounds good to me. smile.gif

Sh|t dude. With that kind of tension i assume u must be using racket with head size less than 88"? If not, u must have a one scary long swing ground stroke.

You guys seem regular to David's shop. Anyone of you using Head i.Prestige 93 with 16G string, stringing at 58-60LB? The sticks were at Topper yesterday (Sunday).

Beautiful racquet bro... last of the austrian lineage. Murray had a paintjob of this when he was first noticed.
This racquet would make me tremble whenever someone is wielding it across the net... its one of those
few racquets that can generate an excalibur-like aura. Was it new or used? & how much is David selling
it for? Would be nice to keep one at home... will never ever be able to handle it though... this stick is way
above me.  ph34r.gif

That racket belong to someone but not David and its a second hand. Looking for that someone actually. I also have that kind of feeling when playing against opponent who have this racket. Used to be very famous among late 90s player. Just curious what kind of player using that racket with 16G sting, stringing at 58-60LBs. A wonderful racket, a very solid one but required a lot of strength to operate one.

wonder how it feels like against the Prince Exo3 Graphite 93 who has a tension range of 55-65 too. midpoint being in the 60lbs region.

I guess modern (EXO) racket is more forgiving, and Graphite series neither modern or new, its jurassic. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif
