penetration shot is good right? some players focus too much on spin the ball rather than penetration and that result their ball bounce at half court and easy to get attack.

If the ball can bounce near baseline with a good pace, opponent mostly don't have enough time to prepare for the shot unless they stand far behind the baseline. I think both penetration and spin is equally important.

Apex is the timing when we contact the ball izit?

i have the same 'problem' with yan too. i don't feel good if i don't whack the shit out of the ball, thus, all my shots ends deep.

btw, how does a eastern forehand person like me get a good sweep at the ball at shoulder height? i find high balls quite troublesome...

ok my question here is i notice i having a very weird single backhand..
Have u guys see any one using forehand semi western grip on a single backhand before ?
