There are a lot of shops selling these clothing in Sg. Wang Plaza and Times Square, go have a look around.
Specifically, you may try checking out Anatomi in Sg. Wang and Sunway Pyramid or i-Socks in Times Square for punk, goth and androgynous visual kei clothing.

Well you gotta define which style. It's not like there's only 1 style in Japan. There's Goth, punk, or young n trendy like what Malaysians are following now

There is a specific shop selling big sized clothing called BOS. But it is located in Kotaraya where the Indonesians like to hang out. Their prices and selection are only so so. They have branch in Klang and some places as well. Usually can see their ad in The Star : Metro.
Japanese clothing as in Yukata? Kimono? Jinbei? There is this shop in Times square that sells summer Yukata. But the prints are not nice. I believe it only looks nice if its plain. But they use fabrics that are somewhat like rojak batik prints. And some with some Japanese words in brush strokes. Not nice. Price was RM99 last time.

Visual Kei is awesome. But some went too far by wearing skirt. Like ex member of An Cafe, Bou. Some may look like a girl and so on. As far as i know, I-sock at times square are especially for j-rock style. Expensive and, quality, ehhh. Well, thats me, ones opinion may not be the same. At Malaysia, we dont have harajuku street. Anywho, uruha's hair, f-cking awesome. Just the hair
