yes. i know this first hand cause my mom bought a property there.

the area is full of potholes, dirty, not maintained and hv a lot of empty houses, it's not even funny.

pasar borong area is nearer to cyberjaya/putrajaya area (equine park etc) than kl. double storey houses were going for 230k then, i'm not so sure abt the price now.

Equine park ar.. I heard most are leasehold ner. but the price is cheap lar. guess still can get around 250-300k for landed..

if condo, Aman Height is not bad. 1236 sqf, 200k++. Block A construction will complete these few months. selling Block B now.

i don like auction house in SK.. emm.. normally the condition no good. really rely on luck and timing. but you can go to www.lelongtips.com. Fong is working on it.

puchong ar.. if landed, bkt prima is not bad. but i'm not sure whether still got unit or not. if condo, i think now they are talking abt Setia Walk, Zen and the Zest. erm.. i've booked the Zest. haa...
