Seeseng is right, and if it is true that it is a seasoned forumer disguising as someone else posting and trying to backstab another should end now.I feel it is rather ungentlemanly and unethical and obviously the recent few posts from so called newbies are competitors of Pak HM.I as a newbie can see through that.

Shortly after I posted a warning about Kelvin Heng, a forumer by the name of yuyanzhe kept sending me emails and address me as West Wing and kept asking me about how to design his house etc. Initially I ignored his mail but after awhile I told myself why not let the person know that he has made a mistake.

I apologise to yuyanzhe if I have revealed your name and if you are genuinely asking for help, but then we never know right? How do I know it is not Kelvin in disguise? U see that is the problem of using nickname in the forum. We don't know the genuine from the imposters. We just have to use our better judgement most of the time.

We should realise that nothing is foolproof and we shd be intelligent enough to realise that what works with one house might not work for the other.After all the planning and preparation alot goes to God's will while some say is luck too. That is what I believe.

But when we let a Consultant undertake a project like building our birdhouse and after the 1st payment for which a substantial sum and I mean tens of thousands have been paid and then the Consultant gives you the disappearing act and u see nothing but a small lorry full of bricks and sand and a handful of 'monkeys' playing around at yr 'soon to be birdhouse' ,then with good intentions if we genuinely want to warn future unsuspecting newbies from falling into his trap, only then we should expose them. But like another forumer said most times when a bidhouse owner got conned usually out of pride and other reasons they keep quiet and the Consultant gets away with it.

I still surf the forum daily and follow with interests what is happening lately and I hope warnings given out about certain Consultants are done genuinely and with good intentions.

oops Sorry West Wing...what I meant was yuyanzhe send me a PM and address me as West Wing. I finally decided to tell him I am not you and that I am just a newbie who just got conned by another Consultant.
