Hi everyone.

My name is James and I am a neewbie and this is my first post here. I have been following this thread for sometime as I find it very interesting and full of information for my my new found interest in birdnesting. By chance I was introduced to this business when one of my friends had a interest and i started my so called information research on the industry. I have a question and maybe i have missed out on reading it somewhere in this forum but i would appreciate if the passionate and/or knowledgable masters here could help asnwer these questions of mine:

1) What is the difference between wooden and concrete sturcures for BHs? Most of the ones seen and mentioned are mainly concrete structures.
2) Are there some downfalls with wooden structures?

I would greatly appreciate if someone could enlighten me on this... Thank you in advance
