QUOTE(lim47 @ Feb 18 2009, 09:02 PM) Brighter than Xenon ??? haha.. brighter than predecessor LED; but dont think it can outdo xenon. but sometimes, LED flash can minimise chances of overexposed photos;because it is weaker but good for macro sometimes.

QUOTE(alpha_company @ Mar 22 2009, 03:28 PM) Nope.. I have one myself and it works really well. keep in mind that N95 8gb, N82 and N95, N73 has Tessar 2.8/5.6 and better aperture/focal length than newer N85, N79 and N96 (which in a way means that new isnt always better) plus all there of these new phones doesnt have OMAP 3D GPU which is on n82 n95 and n95 8gb..which helps in the image processing. N73 n95 n95 8gb and n82 has a much more mature firmware that has better algorithm and image compression thus making it better. reviews will tell the same. a quote from other forums : "I would personally prefer Nokia improved sensor and aperture instead of boosting megapixels. Consumers make assumptions like "an 8 megapixel camera is better than a 5 megapixel camera", but that is just nonsence if the 8 megapixel has shitty optics and/or sensor and/or smaller aperture size." Consider this.. a THREE year old phone like N95 and TWO year old phones like N95 8GB and N82 can generally take a picture as good as new phones like n85 and n96 and the differences are not major. It means in 2 years since n82 came out, nokia hasn't made any significant or no progress in making their cameras better. totally agree on alpha. used 3 model of them and i kept plenty of their photos. and the quality is yet on par if not better than any phone models available. having said that, there is also other phone can produce even better picture; those phone having a CCD sensor like imobile 902 and Sharp 903SH. however i reserve my comments on those photos to compare with 8mpx phone since i havent own either one of it. just wan to say that never to say a phone camera crap unless you really own one to compare.
