The old xbox has better media center playback than 360. I buy it since I dont have DVD/vcd/mp4 player and because of halo games

Yup its hardware limits, but still way better than new Xbox 360 in term of playback format support. The only miss is USB slot .

recent jtag modded allow xbmc running with xbox 360, not yet perfect but its a good start...
anyway the xbox1 xbmc is the best media center, far better than windows mce, if it come with built in usb port it would ease us for media playing |

u need hardware mod, I meet some one from garage sales who selling the old modchip, he also provide installation service, softmod is possible but need certain games disc (original) with memory card to exploit it |
