My advice is just play safe and don't care if you can last for only 15 minutes or 30 minutes . It's better than 2-5 minutes right ? Maybe you can''play smart'' if you get what I mean. Don't rely too much on supplements as it MAY affect your Sperm's quality.

2 hours?  Nanti not enough blood flow to the brain and fainted, all concentrated at there. As for supplement, dun risk it. You've read about people dying from taking it in the newspapers haven't you?

Just relax. If you keep on putting so much pressure to perform god like sex, Im sure you will only disappoint yourself in the end. Everyone has different limit. But one thing for sure, is that practice make perfect. The more you do, the more you understand your limit and endurance. Then you will adjust to it and making yourself last longer before you knew it. Its like a quest to find pleasure. If you use those product that ensure lasting performance, you are not enjoying it... you just become another sex slave nia... work so hard for what sia...

i think doing Kegel exercise will help u to control PE.. start it slow and increase the intensity day by day..  beside controling PE, u'll get a hard rock "brother".. or if u think u wanna go the easy way, thn try to take 'pill kuda' and u can play for 2 hours.. just joking..

just squeeze ur pc muscle.. to locate ur pc muscle, simply when u urinate, try to stop the urine for a while..that mean u are contracting ur pc muscle..u are doing kegel.. once u already locate ur pc muscle, try to do kegel for 50 times a day.. then progressively increase it to 1000 times a day.. u can do it anywhere, anytime without no one knowing.. believe me, it works..

I think it is the same muscle that used on playing karate, kung fu or martial arts. I learned to control it when i was very young. I believe everyone who practice martial art will know about theirs. In chinese, they called "geng tean", we contracted it when we throwing a punch or use energy.
