Like many forumer said , You can try to *DIY* so that you can last longer on the bed. From my honest opinion, Even if you use supplements and stuff, I don't really think it's healthy for both you and your partner. Maybe you can go to a doctor and ask them about this so that they can guide you in a better and safer way rather than you buying yourself and going on to the internet to search for it . Remember each person's body is different and not every supplement suits you.

My advice is just play safe and don't care if you can last for only 15 minutes or 30 minutes . It's better than 2-5 minutes right ? Maybe you can''play smart'' if you get what I mean. Don't rely too much on supplements as it MAY affect your Sperm's quality.
