Picture #3 and #4 do not have pink tint in it even though there's flash. Probably because the flash's too strong/distance slightly further as compared to newspaper.

Picture #7 highlights your problem, take that picture and show it while you take it for repair.

You mentioned about no red light in some pictures, by that you mean no red light at all, or the red light blink for a very short moment while the picture is taken?

Because for mine the red light is there every single time a picture is taken, it's just a matter of long or short period.
The phone mostly hang while you're doing what? Which application?

Are you using a custom large sized theme?

Do you recall doing any particular action (like maybe rotating your phone, getting out your memory stick etc.) when you phone hangs?
