Hi ladies and guys i taught getting a Nokia phone from China Ori and bring back to Malaysia if it still possible the warranty can be use?

I asked some people say bothside mean some say can't use warranty only can use where the phone origin and another say anywhere in the world also can if they have nokia service centre

IF i buy a Nokia phone from China and bring back to Malaysia the N82 should i change any setting to suit in Malaysia for example no idea lol
