Hi guys, so recently I decided to finally once and for all lose all that unnecessary fats lingering around in my body. I weigh in at 84 kg's and my height is around 175 cm's.

meehun with 2 boiled egg (w/o yellow egg)
no sugar in drinks..
lunch,,raisin bread..
workout 1_2 hours..
dinner 2 boiled egg..(w/o yellow egg)
but my abs still no improvement...
do planking...bla..blaa..blaa..
still nothing.. haha..hate that
