IMPORTANT learning: every grass NEEDS maintenance. There is no such thing such as NO maintenance.

whether its cow grass, Philippines grass, all needs maintenance.

if you dont think you can commit some time in doing it, better put all cement in your lawn...lol~

you have to remove the unwanted grass occasionally. my experience is that even though your surroundings are clean. e.g neighbours unwanted items on your lawn, but somehow those birds or animals will brings the seeds to your lawn. another bkm is that when you hire ppl to cut the lawn grass, make sure he clean his cutter first because it has those unwanted seeds which will populate your lawn.
