Actually, if you talking about fake grass or a short/medium term to remedy grass bald spots, there is green-colored finely shredded waste wood manufactured by a malaysian based eco-company that looks almost like grass. Good for use when you can't stand the sight of bald spots in your lawn. Their website is www.avideco.com.my and they also offer other alternatives to turf grass such as colored wood chips as ground cover if you can't be bothered to grow and maintain grass.
