That I noticed too as mine also brown patches are showing.
The other thing I noticed is if the grass is at a more shady place, it'll grow long faster. eg, under the table.
Anyway, how do you trim? Electronic grass cutter or the manual scissor type?

They didn't flatten it properly which is the main issue.
Did you contact them back to ask them to resolve the matter?

A lot of oversea countries (European) are actually doing that where they have a lawn on their roof tops.
But what procedure or groundwork they did, am not sure lar.

RM3 per sqf IMO is quite standard unless you want to go shop at Sg Buluh and lay the grass yourself which would cost almost half of what is quoted.

Go visit those nurseries and ask them to recommend a good pesticide.
