I'm renovating my new house currently...
and the contractor quoted me RM4.80 per square feet for planting grass. he said he will dig and remove the current top soil, and then do the drainage, put back red soil and another layer of sand. then only will start planting grass, he using Philippines grass. so I'm wondering if the price reasonable? anyone?  thanks much! |
