You want cheap and easy maintenance, don't use taiwan/philippine/japanese grass la.
Just plant the common cow grass, the type of grass that cows like to graze on?
It is actually cooler to touch than the exotic species.

cow grass are those that is like flat flat one.. they usually use in school field ?

need to google cowgrass forgot how it look like...

what about those normal carpet grass ?

Yup, that's the one. It doesn't look too bad even with minimal maintenance.

You try walk barefooted on cow-grass compare to other grass and see the difference.
Carpet grass is high maintenance. It looks nice if well maintained like what you see in the golf course putting greens.
But, it looks horrible if you don't know how or don't have the time to maintain it properly.

some image of types of grasses,

yeah the carpet grass need to cut regulary.. else the old growth will be brown.. problem with carpet grass is the damn blady ants making those small small mounts aka digging their home sad.gif

Get the hose that the color is dark green with some cross white line around it. Not sure what name and the price now. Brought it 14yrs ago and last till now. Whole year at the garden with sun and rain. And never leak or show wear. 1 hell of a good garden hose.

okie that sounds amazingly untrue.. 14 years... ? tipu ah u (just jk)

will check it out.. most pipe under sun after some time will like become brittle...

another thing bout those pipe is, can bend and get jammed up not like those pipe that cannot bend and collapse and jammed
