More ram to process in the GC before throw all the pixels shits to your eyes in simple terms.

If you got read about GTA 4 in this forum, alot of users complained that the game lags big time, and because of the textures & polygons of the world is too detailed d, therefore the GC tak sempat process all of it, making the game lag, with more ram, the card can process more.

but still, if its 1gb processing power, what difference does it make if u use a different 1gb gc at a cheaper price with an XFX 1gb gc? either way it still displays 1gb in ur computer system settings.

price versus performance..
try to get xfx same core speed/mem speed with colorful.
u get different result in benchies..
of course you get the performance for the price u paid.
