erm...my gf dad's using Nokia C6-01..newly bought...so far i see its quite good and the screen color is great due to using OLED screen if im not wrong. color is bright and crisp.. then function wise, like any nokia symbian comparing to your nokia 5800, the touch screen on Nokia C6-01 is more like "iphone" based where its more smoother than 5800 (eg: just drag using ur fingers to zoom in pictures unlinke Nokia 5800).....camera is 8megapixel, performs good but when comes to macro mode or near range objects, you going to be dissapointed where ur old 5800 able to outperform C6-01... other than that, battery last 1day plus and audio quality not bad..

for me, i think why not try something new? like the HTC android...since you had used 5800 before..so moving to other platform instead of symbian back would be a fun thing....on the C7, its pretty much the same with C6-01....
*
oh thanks for information. I'm still considering for Android phone =D but I'm not sure which model. I read lot review about HTC, Samsung and LG but still cannot decide lol.

I also thinking to move to other platform since I'm bored with symbian..

AMOLED capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors

Capacitive touchscreen(or AKA your Iphone alike screen doh.gif ) is a different touchscreen technology from 5800 one(resistive touchscreen). Capacitive touchscreen's nature support multitouch and no need to press on like resistive does but you must touch it with you body/skin(mean no fingernails or stylus). It is normally called as the better touchscreen but it will not be too good to type on(qwerty of course) if the screen is too small, 3.2inch is consider quite small(and your finger is big). sweat.gif

BTW, HTC is an expensive choice for Android. A similar specs(ignore the built quality OKay? sweat.gif ) one of other brand may easily cost RM300-500 cheaper... wink.gif Though, it make HTC to have quite good resell value too... sweat.gif
*
Yeah, that's right =) I heard a lot complains from Nokia C6-01 users about internet browser. My brother also own HTC Desire as well, and it's interesting to play. But HTC seems too expensive choice for me because I'm college student and I download all apps stuff for my study biggrin.gif

Well, which one is better with HTC android vs Samsung Android vs LG android?

If you need it for your ''study'', then i recommend you Dell Streak 5. It's 5'' screen is gooding for showing anything you want icon_idea.gif
It is quite a old model but it's specs still thrash most of mid/high end droid out there. Somemore, the price is so hard to resist at just 400USD drool.gif (though you might need to figure out your own way to import it sweat.gif ).

The major downside is whether you feel strange holding a 15cm long and huge phone to call or cant put it in your pocket sweat.gif
If both is non of your concern, then Dell Streak 5 will be the best choice for now(wait till dual core droid pop out all phone now include SGS is a joke whistling.gif  whistling.gif )
HTC droid = gooding with constant support from HTC(a company that being made smartphones/PDA for longer than any other company), build quality should be very good too, only downside so far is the price whistling.gif

Samsung droid = good hardware(SAmoled and hummingbird processor for SGS) but poor built quality(plastic made high end phone sweat.gif ), samsung also very passive to provide support/upgrade to users(only way is rooting and go for 3rd party upgrade out there)

LG droid = no much choice and the best bang for it now is Optimus One, built quality and support form LG I dont heard much on it. However, LG is releasing the first dual core droid(Optimus 2x) out there which is a whole-packed good phone brows.gif

Ah I see~ thanks for information =D

I really like Samsung and LG droid as well, and I'm waiting for the price list for both phones. whistling.gif

for all 3, lets forget vivazpro ok since SE already abandon symbian. so, vivaz pro's all bugs and lags will never fixed.

so, give u n900 and e72. to be honest, e72 is so far below to be compared to n900 there. n900 is one good phone. It's OS (maemo5) allow a true multitasking (like what u got on the desktop), the web browser, is base on mozilla, and u got full flash support with it (facebook games, youtube, u mention. n900 can do it laugh.gif). u also got carlzeiss lens camera with it. unlike e72, the camera is not really a performer. this is just piece from what n900 is truely is.

only e72 advantages compared to n900 (what i can think of laugh.gif) is lighter weight, slimmer metal body, got full quick office;means u can edit office document on the go, hmm.. maybe that. if u happen to like these, well, e72.. but take notes, there are reports of the serious lag issue by e72 sweat.gif

if want better camera, desire will give u better, with the flash. unlike captivate sweat.gif other than that, IMO captivate outperform desire in every corner, give it screen (superAMOLED vs S-LCD/AMOLED), processor (hummingbird proved to outperform snapdragon's scropion), screen size (4" vs 3.7"). but if u look for best build quality, desire pwns captivate cheap plastics rclxub.gif

so, u choose whistling.gif

base on your usage, W995 is better overall for entertainment phone. E72 is ok, but not really for entertainment. plus, its camera is IMO, below average sweat.gif but base on your budget, should be around 950+ right? u may want to try smartphones, as they got more apps for u to play with, and to maximise your phone. got plenty good android around that price, like LG optimus one

I'd say, desire Z. for HTC's excellency built, software support nod.gif milestone 2 take over desire z with its camera. and both sliding mechanism is different. milestone 2 got no spring mechanism, so, u need to push it all way up to slide it fully. for desire z, it isn't slide. it opens the keyboard. hard to explain, rclxub.gif maybe if want to know more, u can have a look in youtube unsure.gif
looks like u want a phones with qwerty? if wait for dual core, u may have to wait longer for qwerty dual core to come out. u see, even now, android with qwerty isn't much available. dual core is good if u are heavy gamers IMO. if not, even 1Ghz is enough d. somemore, the battery size is larger, cause the price to higher.. u know, dual core is more power hunger sweat.gif

samsung galaxy 5, which equipped with android is the best there. nokia X3-02, well, symbian. not really a performer unlike android. wave575 is a good phone to be honest. good OS also. but bada still new. not much apps are available till now. so, if u want to bet on the future, wave575 lor. but make clear in mind, cuz a developing OS have 50-50 chance either to failed, or to standout in near future. so, if want apps now, lots of customization available till now, samsung galaxy5 icon_rolleyes.gif

depends on your usage style. customization, apps, web browsing, some different with other ppl, portable video; desireHD. as android strong point, customization, apps, web browsing. and not many users here in Malaysia for android laugh.gif for the phones itself, with bigger screen of 4.3" (lazy to google, correct me if I'm wrong), it is suitable for viewing plenty of video.

if prefer all multimedia, apps, err.. and some publicity maybe, iphone4.

apps wise, IMO, number of apps different is not matter for both. but, the popular apps for both are there available for both. and, both have horrible battery life for heavy usage. charge daily sweat.gif
