As a newbie myself in sound quality, personally recommend Koss Protapro. It is one of the best headphone of 2010. I got it in US last year @ USD29.90. Sound quality is superb. but the downside is the radical design and the bass is abit on the high side, i felt my ear kind of pain after put it on for more than 30mins.
Other than that consider still a fair bargain. But still thanks to the forumers in LYF only i know Koss... if not i will still stick with sonic gears |

Lol.. yeah this one's been down for a while. Since I can't bump it myself, have to relyon you guys lo
Budget amp? I personally think you can either go dark side, or go dark side with this amp thingy. Lols there's no middle ground here. If you purchase a budget, cheapo amp, it's not going to do your gear any good. In fact, most computers and mp3 players (ipod for example) come equipped with decent dac and amp. So if you buy something cheap, you're only going to get sound that is as good, if not worse, as your gear. |

budget headphone, iem? , let me poison people a bit on superlux HD668b, hd681 and many other model that could easily kill many reputable brand and comparable with cans which is few times more expensive. Superlux also has iem that also outstanding. There isnt many review on the web but after you read those, you will be very surprise on what they wrote.
