i need help from LYN members...

i have deal with a member(Trill_Scull) who is from LYN and he bought a PsP from me during 10-2-2009 but i post the PsP via poslaju and send it 11-2-2009 so today(12-2-2009) the buyer have receive it and i just received a call from he and he told me that he had received everything including box and accessories but the console lost

SO HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM ?FEEL SAD TO HEAR FROM MY CUSTOMER
Pls help me as soon as possible because my customer is waiting for my answer.thanks.

in cases like this, somewhere along the way there will always be a dishonest person and many many many cerita one...

well sometimes when i send stuff, i just pray short while that the item will get delivered to my customer without any problems. if really kena problem, i think i can only sit & curse my luck!

best choice is still C.O.D whenever possible.
