QUOTE(jeenhao @ Dec 3 2011, 06:22 PM) I see... I believe what the mech said is unbias because he won't be making extra money if I get VET, the labour charge is still the same, and he doesn't sell halfcuts. My place has many uphills, so I believe what he said is really true for my condition... actually NA and turbo maintenance almost same with the basic stuff, the difference is when u want to change hardware..........errrrr the turbo for example, if that gets damaged, of course you'll need to change it, whereas in NA u don't, because it doesn't have a turbo to begin with. if u drive it like a civilized person, won't have any problems, but if u drive like a mad man and full rev everywhere u go, of course things will go wrong very quicklyBut turbo has higher maintenance... Can anyone tell me how expensive it's? What extra things needed to be serviced compared with NA??? |

k3-vet is one of the most overpriced half cuts in Malaysia, if want to do heavy mod like change engine i suggest u to buy a proper car that has tonnes of cheap engine choices to mod. although using k3-vet in a kelisa or kenari the power to weight ratio is great, but the price is totally not worth it. with that kind of price for a half cut, i can get a ke70 with 4agze engine in it and it'll be much more fun
