ALI - Al Ikhsan. Have branch in Sunway and Subang but those branches wont have patches or NNs. Only in Johor and in BB Plaza. See first page for info and prices. RM 99 per NN set i think.

the CL patch u can put, but u have to remove the earlier Liga patch which is normally sewn on to replica kits already. Unless u wanna patch your starball over it which will look er...bulky...

bro, what u mean "more into" ? both PU and Lextra exists. PU are normally replica sized and printed by the online stores etc. Lextra namesets are player sized and is available for sale loosely.

no worries bro, if its PU its likely to be bought from the online store or united megastore.

Still authentic, but some of us JC just think that it does not feel the same haha, with the smaller size and PU material which is hard to maintain. So its your call and preference.

two factors, price and weight.

Make sure parcel is

1) less than RM500
2) less than 1kg

Not definitive, but its a much trusted formulae.

Did you the same address for postage as the address in your credit card? if its different, there is a high chance ur transaction may not go through.

not exactly true, since Umbro is owned by Nike, no issue on the best material etc whatever since they will likely share knowledge on materials etc, although umbro is allowed to run still as a standalone brand.

if the seller is local, you may have the option of lodging a report. This will be classified as internet commercial fraud and they will investigate.

If its a foreigner, u can lodge the report but there is nothing the police can do since they have no jurisdiction.

Lodge reports with ebay but this is more of a procedural step as most of the time by the time ebay acts, it would have been too late as the fraudsters would have sold the item and closed shop and cabut.

in answer to the poster asking for korean namesets, i don think there is any here. You have to buy ur namesets online and get it printed here at a charge.

The braille one was not releaases commercially at all.

not sure bout the JB ALI practice. BB ALI (and R1 and Q Line in fact) charges for applying NNs not bought at their store. RM5 - RM10.

wiggy sports NNs are the official NNs (except for the old EPL / England namesets which there were no previous "official sets" available to public). So EPL its normally Lextra PS NNs.

To be certain, just drop them an email to confirm.

Customs tax is strictly based on stated schedules and list and cannot be imposed without reference to any regulations or acts. Tehre will be an endorsement on the freight slip so you are entitled to appeal in the event it is wrongly taxed. The relevant clauses relied on to tax your parcel would be stated.

Lit ching is right. DHL will transfer the costs to the receiver when taxed. Receiver has right not to receive the parcel and contest the tax imposed.

(PS mods, this is not an illegal discussion, this is a discussion on our inherent legal rights on legal purchases of authentic items made from legal sources. Feel free to delete post if necessary or when it leads to unjustified / confrontational posts)

What one does with fake kits is purely one's own choice. Its your personal belief and sense of value. Just that in this thread (and in the forum generally) it is not allowed to discuss any form of fakes / illegal / immitation goods.

Having said that, I think I speak for most if not all JCs here that we do not condone fakes at all. The "excuse" that one is poor is not justification for getting fakes just to support one's team. It is a valid reason, but not a good justification. Those who cannot afford to get original jerseys are still true supporters if they support their club by other means. Those who can afford may do so by purchasing licensed products to help the finances of one's supported team. If not, please dont indirectly kill the club by depriving it of income and worse still, benefit unscrupulous dealers / sellers who are making quick bucks and taking advantage of fans and the club itself.

anyway on the tax issue, there are means to appeal any taxes wrongly imposed. But first thing first get the customs slip from DHL and see whats the reason for the tax posed before jumping to conclusions. FYI, the list of items and schedules of taxable items are subject to changes from time to time.

Guys, lets stick to jersey talk and dont make this into a tax thread. ckimy, wait till you get the parcel and the tax release form and then share it again here, we can all take note of that and c anyone can provide insight.

Customs regulations are the same except for duty free zones and certain exempted areas. I have posted links to the relevant legislation before( not sure in this thread or previous thread) you can dig it up and have a read smile.gif

anyway as mentioned, wait for the release form. No point speculating now without knowing under which limb is the parcel taxed.

and re Nic87_Lowyat, all jerseys come with respective washing instructions / washing tags so thats the best indication how to wash. Some with different material require different applicaitons.

by hand is the preferred way for alot of JCs here though. preference.

re redscorpion, RM89 and RM99 are the normal RRP for fixed namesets nowadays at ALI and R1. Price will drop later when demand is lower and there are unsold stocks. But PU NNs have to be careful too, dont just be lured by low price as some may have expired, so pay RM10 also would not be useful and would spoil the kit tongue.gif

not everyone ranks rarity first. In any event, when a shirt is launched beginning of the season, its not yet "rare" mah, but most of us still get them (especially if you support a particular club etc).

im with Faiz on his ranking as I also mostly buy jerseys to wear, so size is important factor. Most of the time the keyword search in ebay i would put the size too haha, for example "Liverpool XL" etc.

Then secondly i would rank the club / countries. No disrespect any fans, but most of us do support one club or another and there are some clubs (like those with intense rivalry) that we will not buy but will still admire from afar. smile.gif

Then pricing is important too especially for online transactions. Have to research which is cheaper / more convenient / shorter waiting time etc. Sometimes price can be deceiving. You may see it as expensive now, and want to wait for it to drop to off-season price, but that is a risky move, cos most of the time by off season you wouldnt find ur kit, or no size, or sapu-ed by others etc..so end up have to pay more at ebay later with hiked-up prices.

Rarity, is really by chance. If u see 1 on ebay or other sights, then it could be a split second decision. Its hard to "plan" for rare jerseys as they are what they are - rare.
