i think he's selling coz he can get a newer one that will come with v20 firmware at a much much cheaper price...brand new too =p

haha sorry for multipost cause stupid internet connection on my tube..hehe..btw,i think its safer to update it in nokia centre right?cause wat u said just now,if i do it myself i must change a code that will void the warranty..btw,if i go there the update is free right?should i bring any card?n fyi,i not yet pos the warranty card to nokia..hehe..but i can still update it for free right?

if you change the product code then update v20 then change back to original product code then it will not void ur warranty.

change the product code just for upgrading firmware then change back to original code. that all

just follow the step by step...

google 5800 flashing dead/bricked phone...

dailyse mobile forum or something like that...

just dl phoenix (patched [has trojan in the patch but you need the patch])

the dl the firmware update rma v20.xxxxxx euro/apac

install phoenix then the firmware then u just follow the instructions stated on the site =)

use win xp...vista has too many issues...can't install it on my laptop...=)

ic..but aiyo scared my tube will brick or anything la..at least if ncc brick my tube i can shout at them n ask for replacement..hahahaha..btw,if i still not yet pos the warranty card to zitron,i can still update it for free right?and wat else should i need to bring?

I tought if the same product code, we can't upgrade ? Since the update has been taken down. We need to change to other product code, then update then only change bec. Not meh ? rclxub.gif

haih if u do via phoenix (flashing direct via phoneix ) then u need download d firmware ( bin bla bla bla ). if wanna do via NSU then need to change the product code first then upgrading via NSU then change back product code

The FW is the most essential and fundamental software in a phone. Without it the phone won't know how to operate itself

before use NSU make sure anti virus or firewall is turned OFF.

oso unstable theme can brick ur tube but thanks to v20 we can do another hard reset option icon_rolleyes.gif

last time my N73 brick and cannot be repair via Phoenix! cry.gif N73 not support dead usb driver
