the light sensor on N series and E series is supposed to turn off the keypad backlight under bright light conditions and also to increase the light brightness for the screen to improve visibility eg: under the sun..however, it doesn't really seem to do much for the 5800, as i realized the 3 buttons are usually lit no matter where you are...perhaps the screen brightness may increase? but didn't really see much diffference...

QUOTE(konspiracy @ Feb 14 2009, 12:23 PM) or could it be just us getting used to the vibration? but its normal for touch screen devices...i mean not so for pocket pcs..but at least it does give u feedback that something u have pressed...its the same thing on the neonode n2 and lg cookie as well
