QUOTE(alkt @ Feb 16 2009, 11:14 AM) QUOTE(andyjyneo @ Feb 16 2009, 11:34 AM) Chikungkunya is more serious than dengue lah. Yup, this is no joke, you cant even walk, so let alone doing other stuff. You'll experience fever, aching and strengthless for at least 6 months. |

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chikungunya
kc cannot sleep lately Typically, the fever lasts for two days and then ends abruptly. However, other symptoms, namely joint pain, intense headache, insomnia and an extreme degree of prostration last for a variable period; usually for about 5 to 7 days.[4] Patients have complained of joint pains for much longer time periods depending on their age Treatment There are no specific treatments for Chikungunya. There is no vaccine currently available. A Phase II vaccine trial, sponsored by the US Government and published in the American Journal of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene in 2000, used a live, attenuated virus, developing viral resistance in 98% of those tested after 28 days and 85% still showed resistance after one year.[10] A serological test for Chikungunya is available from the University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. anybody has some unused drag front tyres?can i borrow it for my savvy fren?he's going for a drag battle at UIA Gombak this sat and we're currently out of money to purchase those kind of tyres due to some urgent matters that needs money
worst come to worst, have to go for the drag using goodyear NCT5 lah luckily the entry fee was RM50 only because we're students just now he tried practicing drag race launching with my another friend's honda accord 2.0 (A20-A3 engine). seems like he is able to be on par with that accord up to 400m, which is just perfect for the drag strip. i advice him to sharpen his launching skills further and keep cool because he'll surely go nervous during the battle cos it is his first official tournament.
