anybody has some unused drag front tyres?can i borrow it for my savvy fren?he's going for a drag battle at UIA Gombak this sat and we're currently out of money to purchase those kind of tyres due to some urgent matters that needs money

luckily the entry fee was RM50 only because we're students

just now he tried practicing drag race launching with my another friend's honda accord 2.0 (A20-A3 engine). seems like he is able to be on par with that accord up to 400m, which is just perfect for the drag strip. i advice him to sharpen his launching skills further and keep cool because he'll surely go nervous during the battle cos it is his first official tournament.

yeah. but it seems the most we can take out is only the spare tyres and the carpet. everything has to be remain stock and legal on the road. so no removing seats etc

i kinda agree with u. savvy parts are a bit limited. but renault kangoo 1.4 block + piston, piggyback n PnP is otw but couldn't make it for the drag battle lah

there's drift, autocross, autoshow and drag bro.

have to search for 14" slicks lah if there's any. 15" for savvy can only go for 175/50/15 for the front tyres

but then again, yeah, sometimes me and him thought that it's not worth it to use expensive tyres for the drag.

he's competing for the 1000~1500cc NA, in which, we're confident to get at least no.3 spot if his skill is right.

now searching for a white EK with big VTEC and red colored engine bay to try drag with him.
