QUOTE(radmaszeal @ Apr 9 2009, 08:25 PM) might be a warped disc. uneven expansion and cooling of the disc. not sure though, not using disc brakes. hmm,it seemed to be happening even by just spinning it when the bikes' on bikestand...anyway,thanks for the input..riding's fun!!haha...

QUOTE(sniper on the roof @ Apr 9 2009, 08:41 PM) Could be.. - disc rotor not straight - hub not tight - disc rotor not screwed tight - caliper mis-aligned - uneven pad wear Check it by pointing a flashlight from the side of the caliper... shipping through the bit where the brake pads meets the rotor..spin the wheel very slowly and make sure there's no contact between the pads and the rotor ok..thanks bro...out for a ride first and will check it later when i got back...ciaoz..

QUOTE(Nightstalker1993 @ Apr 10 2009, 03:11 PM) rm100 not too sure if u actually wanna light up ur road, but if you can *somehow* tripple your budget, can get a very good torch and a bike mount... maybe something like the Fenix LD20 or something... can check out the flashlights thread under the hobbies section if you want aiks...ok..i've seen a few cateyes' ones but i'm wondering how many lights do i need to actually light up the road..there're some lights with wide coverage and far ones right??

QUOTE(dickybird @ Apr 15 2009, 09:03 PM) the only upgrade i am doing is my proposed 2nd car from myvi 1.3 to suzuki sx4 since a lot of feedback about poor fuel economy for the myvi. but that maybe all for nothing since my son will be getting the Ultimate toy a baby sibling! so the only reason i am gunning for the Sx4 is coz it has ISOFIX anchors for a baby car seat! haha have i gone insane?! myvi has poor fuel economy???it's still consider save fuel for me though...but SX4 is pretty.. what about jazz?? iVTec POWARR!!

QUOTE(sniper on the roof @ Apr 15 2009, 09:54 PM) How can compare like that wan? But seriously...I do think that the new deore cranks are pretty damn good. cause somehow i'm been poisoned to change it..so i'd like to know what level of crank i'm using now..ya,it's good and it's cheap too..but i've SLX in my mind..

QUOTE(Nightstalker1993 @ Apr 15 2009, 10:16 PM) if not mistaken the Truvativ have a problem of the crank bolts unscrewing itself over time... the Shimano ones, are tighten by a hand-tightened preload screw, then 2 pinch bolts are tightened to hold the arm down, much more effective and fool-proof than the single-bolt mechanism... and this gives me another reason to get a new crank..xD btw what does hollowtech means??
