hey guys..some of you might remembered i've asked about getting a MTB for myself for me to start this as a leisure thingy...somehow i have not acquired one and i found this KHS Alite 1000...is this all good for its price and for starters like me???i'll be using it for mild off roading...so any inputs from you guys???thanks in advance..xD

ya..been to SBH and have some chat with the boss earlier..my budget's around 1.7~2k...as far i know i could only get a Merida Matts 40 with the sum of dough i have..

hmm...heard that you guys are finding trails around alor gajah earlier...still haven't found yet??i loved to but i have no bikes and i've work to do..will try my best to get my bike as soon as possible and ride with you guys...been itching for rides since february till now still no bike for me to do so..haha...

haha...would love to but will not be free this weekend,and i'm from melaka...so it's kinda hard for me to go..unless there's someone going i could maybe tag along cause i don't really know the road to either kiara or frim or what...lol..

btw guys,have a question here...is it normal that the disc rotor will cause some screeching sound when it's spinning??cause i think somehow the rotor is not in 100% straight condition..><

hmm,it seemed to be happening even by just spinning it when the bikes' on bikestand...anyway,thanks for the input..riding's fun!!haha...

huz...just back from my fast ride...the brakes screeching sound seemed to be more serious when i was at high speed....1 more question here guys..how do you tune ur RD???mine seems to shift itself from various speed..><

bro,i've checked the following stuff but somehow i think the screeching sound is caused by the contact between the calipers and rotors at certain speed...when i press my brakes,the calipers tend to bend the rotors so i don't know whether this is normal.


btw guys,anyone know what sort of front lights i could get with my limited RM100??

cause somehow i'm been poisoned to change it..so i'd like to know what level of crank i'm using now..ya,it's good and it's cheap too..but i've SLX in my mind..

and this gives me another reason to get a new crank..xD btw what does hollowtech means??
