yeah. but better to just take it slowly. wanna go fast do it on a trail, no traffic to worry about. to latias, hope u get better.

btw i have a slight phobia of downhill descents cos my 1st two rides at kiara had many minor falls and the broken brake lever incident. went down the tarmac slowly oso cos horse crap stuck in tire treads were flying in my face everytime i went fast. laugh.gif

Added on April 26, 2009, 1:41 pm

wah. u cycle quite fast ar. kept up high average speed ar? get cyclometer for training purposes brows.gif

thinking of getting one with cadence monitor, wanna train high cadence for road. now average speed to and from class only 19.5km/h sad.gif

Hey guys came back from hospital at about 2:30pm. Thx for all the wishes
smile.gif
Turns out to be a fractured collarbone. Doc gave me a sling and asked me to let it recover itself within 2 months or so. Gee.. now everytime I get up from chair or just plain move can hear the fractured bones making noise (like the noise of shifting gears).
Got 1 week mc.. looks like I'll be in bed for some time.
*
take good care.

QUOTE(Lord_darkslide @ Apr 26 2009, 07:21 PM)
dear latias93..
get well soon have a good rest.... collarbone fractured... aduh... take care....
what to do shit happen...
by the way... we can rest together... i got mc 2 days only...
ALWAYS WEAR A HELMET~~!!
i got deep cut in the forhead, badly bruised elbow and shoulder and knee.... not x-ray-ed though... but supposed no broken bone.. since my arm can move accordingly...but painfull la when move....arghhhh...
my rm60 sars helmet broke during impact...to me thats good... all the forces of impact didnt get to my head.. because the energy is used to broken the helmet instead transfred to my head... hmmm... (boring engineering physics class lasttime i sleep... so cant explain in detail....hehheeh)
*
and what happen to you? take care.

The Blue-colored Rock Shox is distracting. tongue.gif

but i find it is quite appealing,no?
*
i agree lah....nice colour.very appealing to me as well

i couldn't find the dunlop goggles so had to settle for the Bolle safety range.it's RM31 and its polycarbonate with anti-mist/fog/scratch properties and filters UV. not bad huh? for those of you that want something to protect your eyes when riding in the woods, this is actually quite an affordable alternative.

Altogether, it was 30 km (complete loop).
No accidents happened and the ground condition was perfect. brows.gif
Didn't get to meet "maxguy" even though he was cycling there.
Btw, "maxguy", were you doing "solo-ride"?
You should've followed us (PCC).

Any pictures of crash? blush.gif
Bro, I'm serious ler.
Your one of the pro's in recommending products for bikes.
I'm on a *really, really* tight budget.
If your "Santa Claus", cycle more to be "Santa Kurus". tongue.gif
Change the cable covers for all cables (shifter and brakes) of your bike to some really attractive ones. brows.gif
Like "neon-colored-cables".
Yes, it's really RM31.

Hey guys, what tires do you think I should purchase?
The:
Tioga Red Phoenix 2.0
or
Tioga Factory XC 2.1?
Btw, I just purchased a new pair of tires for RM30! whistling.gif
They're Deli XC 2.0 (OEM tire manufacturer for some Polygon bikes) biggrin.gif
*
crash pics? i would be suprised if someone can actually take pics when a rider is down.... ohmy.gif
i have the tioga factory XC 1.95. they hold up very well in kiara n frim. had the least mud on the tires when we did the mud fest in kiara the other day...
