just went night cycling. huge group, around 20 ppl, from kota damansara and klang. with hilux escort some more lol. 33km. section 4,6,7,8,9,10,11 kota damansara, sunway damansara, the curve, back to sunway damansara, tropicana, then back to kota damansara. lepak for about an hour. know some cyclists from around here edi, maybe tomorrow morning planning on going to RRI.

just went to RRI, cycled from home. went with the group of riders from last night. about 20km return trip. had ramp, failed a jump. crotch landed on rear tire. later bath need to check for any damage. but tomorrow should still be going to kiara. and maybe kota damansara new trail.

just got back awhile ago. incident on the tarmac. rider down. shit happens, but without necessary precautions the possibility of the shit happening would be higher.
2pm guided trail ride at kota damansara. might get to meet TRAKS guys if i go. but too tired and hungry. lol. |

not sure. my lbs (ksh kota damansara) only carries sigma cyclometers. got mine for around rm65, current/average/total speed, current/total distance. considering changing in the not so near future. now joining weekly night road riding, current cyclometer dunhave backlight, cannot see. lol.

my gloves palm area damn thin for good feel. but now palm hurts abit. lol. and using cheapass grips. might change to other gloves once this one dies. 5 rides and it is starting to disintegrate.

no need to register. just pay entrance fee rm3. frim is a good place to see the sights and work on endurance and stamina. not as many technical trails as kiara, but that depends on the rider. hope to see u on sunday.
