Beautiful fork, so much better when compared to my "always-bottom-ing-out" RST Capa T4 which I'll be using @ Kiara tomorrow (Sunday, 8 am).
I tried the same fork as yours on a Merida TFS-450D.

the first section itself was a 20 second wheelie... kena kacau by the dents on the road, else could've gone longer lol...

dun worry about your fork, it is not going to step out from under you. your tires will if you dont watch out.

bonesboy: in these wet and slippy conditions, the deeper the tread the better it will bite in to the trail. wider tires or tread blocks will allow the tire to clean itself of mud so you dont get all gummed up. kenda small blocks not suited for muddy trail coz it gum up fast with mud.

hehe..my body has broken down also...now sakit kepala...i think the best part is wad where they asked us to climb back up again after that DH.the tanah liat there was good as well.....good ride overall.
hehe...thats quick..tell them the advantage of having certain stuff man...disc brakes the way to go.upgrading on your old bike may need quite a number of changes..there's quite a number of bikes to choose fr if you can ge them to fork out 2K ....or more?
