Wow 10lbs a month, and I can't even afford half of that lol. You need a lot of carbs to fuel your workout so don't neglect it, especially if you're an ectomorph.

Hi, you will be eating only Oats + PB + Honey + Whey Protein the whole day ? Are there any other food you will be adding ?

10lbs per month? Wish i can afford that much money for supplement... in my humble opinion you'll be better off with ample supply of HL milk, tuna, chicken breast and eggs.

you are bulking, so I think it's ok to cheat more often maybe 3 times a week ? or everytime before weight lifting. i have 2 cheat days a week smile.gif I'm on clean bulk

Great to know that you stopped smoking. There's no benefit to it anyway. Congratulations and keep it up!

Its normal to have a seemingly huge increase in strength for people who just started lifting within a few months. After a while the strength increase will slow down so don't be upset if it does. Also I doubt your bench press increased cos of the gloves... Gloves don't make your chest stronger.

Personally, I don't see you going anywhere with that diet. Anything in the 1k region of calories is in my book aneroxic.

Moreover, you're an ecto.

Maybe he calculated it without including his lunch/dinner? It isn't likely that he'd be eating only oats and whey for all his meals, every single day. He'd puke if that were the case...
