i am being realistic, there goes the Premiership crown for Liverpool. Chelsea is already at the Liverppool footstep. just hope the lads can maintain 2nd sport for automatic qualification for Champions League next season!

quite nervous game. but seems balance for me. Torres only chance should have been converted!
shot ratio Real Madrid 15 (5) - 10 (4) Liverpool is not that bad either. I was just happy that Lucas was not on the starting 11. imagine if Alonso's strike just before the mid-line went into the goal-mouth!!! -cheers- |

IMHO,the title is already lost when Liverpool surrendered the top spot of the BPL to Manchester United. unacceptable action by Rafa for having too many home draws where these were ot converted to 3 points.

im begining to like Skrtel. he is learning but he is also maturing and providing tough physical cover and doing his defensive job well. very good cover at the heart of defence. he is also quote fast which is kinda nice to see him play at the flanks ...just ike Carragher.
on a lighter note, Rafa, wake up please!!!! -cheers- |

this massive boost win against Madrid means nothing if 3 points are dropped at Old Trafford this weekend!!! come on la Reds, I want to do a double against Man Utd....too long Liverpool havent won in Old Trafford and too long has MU do a double win in a season!!!
btw, saw 2 sets of fans changed banner scarf after the game at the Anfield Road end - good sportmanship from the Real Madrid fans! -cheers- This post has been edited by Oxigen: Mar 12 2009, 03:50 AM |
