I'm getting overload lately as too many projects and demands for my attention at work. So I'm releasing the Test Proxy IP to public. There will be no restriction to access this server for this month. Not sure about next month though, if I have time then maybe I will setup authentication.

Web Proxy Port: 2000
Socks5 Port: 1999

For Socks5 gaming please use Freecap for Windows XP and Proxifier for Windows Vista. As for the Web proxy just put it in your browser proxy settings. Some program eg. P2P or Bittorrent can support Proxy natively so please check on it.

The server is officially overloaded now, so for some of you guys who is getting error on the proxy. Just be reminded that its overloaded and for some who cant connect its either the server is busy or Streamyx peering problem.

I will try to get another old server up later to offset some load on this server, but again please be patient as I have other works to do too

Hi. May I know usually on what hour of day this happen. I hope you are not having the same problem as me. During the 4pm-7pm keep on disconnecting my Internet. Mine problem is because Stimyx keep on forcing my modem to change IP thats y keep on disconnecting.
I have tested at other fixed IP line for my proxy and there is no disconnection for the last 48 hours unless I was tuning something.

Anyway I have just changed the proxy program and now it include caching hope that it will help to improve some performance issue.....
too many ppl using the server already now bandwidth cannot sustain....

Non peak hours: 15-28Mb/s.
Peak hours at 25-60Mb/s.
Average data transfer: 10-22GB/hour

Yeah i noticed that last night. Its due to my other servers in the IDC suddenly saturate all the bandwidth. Its a critical operation servers, so it has higher precedence on routing and bandwidth allocation.

Added on February 26, 2009, 1:47 pmThe error message you are receiving is just configuration error on you proxifier. Configure on it to bypass local LAN ip in the configuration options.
Disconnection may be due to your ISP keeps on forcing your modem to change IP. I'm having the same problem on 4-7pm almost everyday.

Added on February 26, 2009, 4:53 pmGuys....... if you guys are wondering whether the server is down its not..... sorry just applied some traffic shaping to it and alot of ppl might get DC on this because the bandwidth already over limit ........... more than 65Mb/s ...... I can only allocate 60 Mb/s thats why there is a shaping on it.

BTW...... new servers is up .... I tested it .... not much of a big difference I would say ..... connection is stable same like the old 1....

I really have to thanks eric for helping me on this project ... anyway I think you guys misunderstood on something its 12KB so its 12X8=96Kbits instead of the 12Kb. Anyway dont worry, I will double up the bandwidth first so you guys will have a smoother experience now its 200kbits/s.

whoever which is asking for account,thank you for participating, Please give me a couple of days to pass out the account. I may need to setup some route redirection on my leased line for this ...... Msia ----> Singapore latency = 20-100ms very big fluctuation...... I wonder why some ppl say that when using the singapore server on another paid service improved their experience. Maybe there is another rerouting service on their US server. Gonna get 1 server on US if there is 1.

My boss just called me up just now screwing me that the proxy is consuming too much bandwidth its was his idea at the first place to put up the free service..... So now guys bad news ..... capacity capped for all free users..... Dont expect torrents download to be at full speed now on peak hours.

No worries about the bandwidth. As i can increase it to satisfy the gaming need. Just dont know where to start off with as I dont really have time to start gaming

Copyright Owner: Paramount Pictures Corporation/Dreamworks Animation SKG, Inc. ("Paramount/Dreamworks")

We will co-operate fully with the above mentioned parties to resolve this matter.

To all users, dont use the proxy to download copyright infringement product if we do open it back. Cause it has caused me alot of headache and yes, you could face court action if the copyright owner wish to pursue this case in Malaysia. Dont think that by using dynamic IP can escape this.
