Ashamed!

you're asking for help in such a thing, you should expect the answer

dont tell every single gadget or electronic with a year warranty, you buy it and you expect to claim for a new one every single of each?
1 price you paid for 2 items?

you better spend your time to making cash flow into your pocket instead of find ways to claim warranty

Hmph...ACPP is the way to go. That way you wouldn't have to worry bout it the next two years? happy.gif

By then, probably a new model is out.

If there's a QC problem then head to apple and ask for their advice.
If everyone is thinking like you and everytime when the warranty period is going to end soon, they'll go to Apple for one to one exchange, they will face a serious loss.
And somehow IMO, another reason Apple refuse to bring in the Iphone 3G and the official price for Apple products are higher than elsewhere is because of this type of mentality Malaysian have. They need the higher price to cover the cost for ppl who try to abuse their warranty.

The 1st thing is, a car and an ipod is a totally different thing.
Regarding your friend's case, I would say he is unlucky. Don't tell every owner of the same car faces the same problem like your friend here. If every owner of the same car have the same problem, then it's the manufacturer fault.
But did u heard any ipod touch owner mentioning about being faulty after warranty expired for 1 week? No right?
But if u're still worried about the QC problem, go ahead and ask them for their advice.

his friend's car issue, maybe sometimes due to the car owner careless, 3 years warranty, if anything big going to happen, sure that;s a symptom of it.
who knows how he take care the car during this 3 years?
