Q1: What is Hotlink 365?
A: Hotlink 365 is Malaysia's first one-year active prepaid plan. For 365 days (a year) you won’t have to worry about topping up your account to maintain an active mobile phone line. You can SMS and make outgoing calls simply by topping up your airtime credits within this time period.
Q2: What does Hotlink 365 offer compared to Hotlink Plan?
A: Upon subscribing to Hotlink 365, you will enjoy 365 validity days instead of the standard validity days you receive from each top up made on Hotlink Plan (e.g. top up RM10 and only get 10 validity days).
Q3: How do I subscribe to Hotlink 365? How much will I be charged?
# A: For new customers: Activate a new Hotlink starter pack
# Dial *100#
# Existing customers: Dial *100#
Note: For existing customer, kindly ensure that your account has a minimum of 5 active days
Once the subscription is successful, a non-returnable subscription fee of RM33 will be deducted from your account.
Q4: If I subscribe to Hotlink 365, what will be my call and SMS rates?
A: Hotlink 365 gives you the best call and SMS rates similar to our current best rate plan, which is Hotlink Plan.
Call rates SMS Rates
Normal With RM30 top up or more
(valid for 30days)
Activ10 15sen/min 15sen/min 1sen/SMS
Hotlink to same network 39sen/min 36sen/min 7sen/SMS
Hotlink to different network 49sen/min 36sen/min 15sen/SMS
Q5: I'm an existing Hotlink customer. If I subscribe to Hotlink 365, will I maintain my promotional free talktime/SMS/points from my current plan?
A: Yes. You will maintain your promotional free talktime/SMS/points from your previous plan.
Q6: I've subscribed to Hotlink 365. But after using it for 3 months, I want to switch back to my old plan or to another plan. Can I do so?
A: No. You cannot migrate to any other plans until your Hotlink 365 expires. Your Hotlink 365 will only expire for the following reasons:
1. Failure to fulfill the accumulated top up condition of RM30 in the first six months of the subscription
2. Failure to renew your Hotlink 365 when the 365 validity days are over.
Note: You'll be auto-switched to Hotlink Plan when your Hotlink 365 subscription expires.
CONDITIONS
Q1: Is there a condition I need to meet during my subscription to Hotlink 365?
A: Yes. You will need to accumulate top up of RM30 or more in the first six months of your 365 validity days. (e.g. a minimum of RM5 x 6 months or RM10 x 3 months).
Q2: I've subscribed to Hotlink 365. But I did not accumulate RM30 or more top up credits in the first six months of my 365 validity days. What will happen?
A: If you did not fulfill the condition by Day 180, your Hotlink 365 subscription (and the remaining 180 validity days) will expire immediately. After that, you will be auto-switched to Hotlink Plan. You will then have to top up to earn your validity days (e.g. top up RM10 and get 10 validity days). You can subscribe to Hotlink 365 again by just dialing *100# and paying the RM33 annual fee.
RENEWAL
Q1: My 365 validity days are expiring soon. How can I renew it?
A: You will receive a renewal invitation SMS 30 days before your plan's expiry date. Just follow the instruction to renew. Once the renewal is successful, RM33 will be deducted from your account.
Q2: What happens if I don't renew the plan?
A: You will be auto-switched to Hotlink Plan. You will now have to top up to earn your validity days (e.g. top up RM10 and get 10 validity days). You can always subscribe to Hotlink 365 again by just dialing *100# and paying the RM33 annual fee.
VALIDITY NON-RECEIVAL
Q1: Hotlink deducted RM33 from my account (today/ yesterday). Why have I not received my 365 validity days yet?
A: As stated in our T&C, your 365 validity days will be extended within 3 working days after you've started your subscription. You will receive a confirmation SMS the moment your validity has been extended.
Q2: Why hasn't my validity been increased when I’ve waited the minimum 3 days?
A: Due to subscription overload, we are still processing your request. Please be patient and we will revert back to you as soon as possible.
Q3: I've subscribed on Fri/Sat/Sun and RM33 has been deducted from my account. Why is my validity extension not enabled?
A: As stated in our T&C, all subscriptions carried out from Fri to Sun will be processed on the following Monday. Fulfillment of validity extension will be completed as follows
* Fri & Sat subscription - Validity extended by end of the following Monday
* Sun subscription - Validity extended by end of the following Monday or within Tuesday
Q4: Hotlink deducted RM33 from my account yesterday. Until today, I've not receive the 365 validity days. Worse still, I can't make outgoing calls although my account still have airtime balance!
A: Your 365 validity days will be extended within 3 working days after opting in. You will receive a Confirmation SMS, the moment your validity has been extended.
You cannot make outgoing calls although your account still have airtime balance because you did not fulfill the requirement of maintaining a minimum of 5 validity days upon subscribing to Hotlink 365 and your line has expired before the 3 working days commitment.
Your line will be active again after the 3 working days commitment.
Q5: As my line has expired while waiting for the extension, I've topped up to extend my validity. When I checked my account, my balance has increased but not my validity. Why?
A: The validity is locked at 365 days where all top-ups within this period will only give airtime. When your line expired before the extension, your account will remain inactive even after topping up, but your airtime balance increased. Rest assured, this is temporary as we are in the midst of completing your request within the 3 working days commitment.

yes it deduct rm33, but this plan is good fo those not always/ almost not using thier phone.
if the rm33 can use on credit/sms i think it wil more popular.
