but at the motherboard using 4 pin.. i tried to find a converter so wire of 3 pin connector from fan can convert using converter to connect to motherboard..

he's using the fan which is 4pins small!
dont worry, my mobo also can put 3pins small or 4pins small.
they got a thing coming out so that u wont attach wrongly one

btw, most commonly available is 3pin small to molex got la, but 4pin to molex quite rare

btw my mobo can attach both 4pins small and 3pins small at CPU fan, but other casing fans only can attach the 3 pins

EDIT : u can abandon 1 pin, that pin extra one
2pins for power and 1 more pin for RPM detection
then 1 more pin is i dono what, maybe is the PWM guar, i dono what's it for
