why? coz i think that black color cables in mildly-lighted casing internals seems like the cables are blended with the darkness in the casing

Hi, I'm a cm690 user. I have 2 questions.
1. How to clean the top fanhole? I saw there's dust at the filter. Use brush can?
2. Which internal part should I stick the ccfl light on that can gives good lighting?

try DIY mounting fans at somewhere, errr maybe the front panel??
coz if u get LED fans, u get air flow and also lightings
2 in 1 and the price is also somehow cheaper

firstly, Welcome to the Cooler Master League!

now with the questions,
1) try high-powered vacuum cleaner to suck it off + long brushing bulu2 thingy OR u can try getting a high-pressure air blower to blow it all off!!
2) err it really depends on ur cable management, see got block or not and also the CCFL brand, light intensity and etc.

I think I'll try the vacuum...And for the cable management, it's not as neat as others but at least most of the cables are hidden. I'm thinking of the CM ccfl 300mm(white)...

place the light tube on top and bottom then it will shine ur whole interior.

Top and bottom next to the side panel?

then getting CCFL is not really good coz ur wires will block the light

yeah, that will probably light up the most parts
maybe put in inner abit, next to the 120mm fans at the top

actually i already install 3 fans, 2 at the front and the other 1 at the sidepanel.. ( if you can see )


before i get my transparent sidepanel, i want to makeup bit inside the case..
bring more lights so i can see whole area tru my trans. sidepanel later
2nd picture, taken when turn light off.. so what color do u guys prefer(except purple) white ok meh?


3rd picture, can u see the cpu cooler? want ask here.. what fan come with 4 pin connector? thinking of changing it too

DIY fan mounting perhaps?

better not get white CCFL
it'll be bright as hell!
also the casing, what brand/model is it?

EDIT : go for the dark blue side
it matches all ur current fans and the casing's color
it can, dont buy so bright one, got color gradient from the source and keeps on losing the light intensity, eventually turns to black and then reach ur casing

how bout the cpu cooler fan? which model come with 4 pin connector?
edited : got sell 3 pin to 4 pin converter or not?easier for me...
