Proton Saga Air cond problem, anyone can help?

mine is saga year 2005. Aircond become very warm under hot sun when stopping a while (eg: at trafic light, by road side).
but, when start to drive again, aircond become cold. Only happen during hot sun. Anybody know solution?? |
