 SUGGEST ME ANY CHEAP GYM AROUND PUCHONG

Hi,
im 28 years old female
current weight = 56kg
height =160cm
problem area = tummy and arms

i wanna to lose around 6kg and plan to join a gym.
with my little budget i cant afford to hire any trainer
but my problem is i dont know wut is the suitable exercise machine
that can help me to achive my goal.
and the main thing is i dont want my breast size to reduce coz it happen
when i lost 10kg .( i was weight 65kg)

anyone can suggest me any cheap gym (rm50-60 only) around puchong area.

Don't lose your weight fast. Take it slow else you will lose your muscle. 2 week lose 1kg consider ok. Maybe you can train your chest so that your chest become bigger. Try Squat and bench press

Try lift weights as it is a great way to ton your body and loose weight.
