Guys, my bass strings are buzzing at higher frets (9th fret and above)? But if I press hard enough and pick softly it doesn't buzz, is this normal?

ANyone know where can i get free updated version of Guitar Pro in the internet?.. My current version mostly not applicable for new songs..

hehe same with me.. start in form 3 with basic chord Aminor, C, D, G, F, Em... Then pusing2 find songs that using that chords only
