Are girls actually accepted in this area?

Actually I'm still quite confuse about this,
I planned to take the EASA part 147 in the New Zealand Aviation Institute

After the common module, I can choose the EASA B2 right? What certificate or license do I get after I graduate?
Can I work in an airline company after that?

How about Singapore license? If I got a license there, but suddenly feel like serving in Malaysia, can I do the conversion of license? or I need to retake all the modules?
