ic, my opinion... lik a guy study electronic dip/degree before, he learnt the basic circuit theory already and a lot knowledge part of avionic, maybe some chapters can just treat as "revision" tongue.gif then become easier to grasp it compare with those new to electronic engineering field.I think IT field got learn about pc hardware... hmm.gif networking and programming.

of course it's not a prerequisite, maybe u learn electronic before wanna try somethings new? wink.gif ...go for mechanical ? all depend on his own favorite.

after graduated we r not get basic license (LWTR) yet ,so i think RM800 is possible sweat.gif after collect enough exp and gain the basic license then look to salary. Anywhere as i know more type rating and exp u will able to get more allowance tongue.gif

hmm.gif this not sure depend on your level and exp ,Mr jazzy will answer u this.

jazzy i hav a question : cos DCA license not recognized by worldwide... if not via ICAO , we can't work abroad directly lik EASA ? i mean fresh LAE.

I know US hav their own FAA and a few country lik japan also not sure will accept easa cos they r "intimate" US.

if i holding DCA basic license, can i convert it to CASA basic license ? similar lik EASA>CASA if i wanna work in Australia.
